Glenelg (GLLG) Exchange Power Outage

Agile DSL services on the Glenelg (S.A.) exchange are currently experiencing an outage due to an ETSA power failure in the area. ETSA are aware of this failure and are deploying a crew to locate the fault.

Update 00:25 31/12/2010 CDST:

Power has been restored to the exchange and the bulk of our equipment has recovered. Some customers will still be experiencing an outage due to the failure of one of our DSLAM switches. Engineers are treating this as a priority and will provide an update at 04:00 31/12/2010.

Update 04.30 31/12/2010 CDST:

Failed hardware is in the process of being replaced.

Update 07:20 31/12/2010 CDST:

The faulty hardware has now been replaced and verified operational.

This advisory has been reopened as the fault has reoccurred for a small subset of customers. It is believed to be related to an air conditioning failure. Internode engineers are investigating and further updates will be provided in the next scheduled update on 31/12/2010 before 17:00 ACDT.

We have identified services connected to a DSLAM on the PEAKHURST exchange are unable to authenticate. We have reported the issue to our wholesale provider who is investigating.

Our Wholesale Provider has advised that there are no new updates available at this time. The next scheduled update is for 30/12/2010 before 11:00 ACDT.
