Our Wholesale Provider has confirmed that there is a fault condition affecting multiple sites in the Bowen area of north Queensland. There is no ETR at this stage and further information will be provided in the next scheduled update on the 31/01/2011 before 18:00 ACDT.

We have been advised of current problems with the CRANBOURNE exchange affecting ADSL services. Customers may be having issues with authentication and/or dataflow.
