Due to equipment failure, some services off the Paradise exchange may experience no connection. Technicians are currently dispatched to attend the exchange to repair the failed equipment and restore services. Further updates will be posted as they come to hand.

Internode technicians have restored connectivity issues on the Paradise exchange. Customers who are unable to login after rebooting their modems, please call the Helpdesk on 136633.

As of 19:55 ACDT, some services off the Paradise exchange appear to have connectivity issues. Technicians have again been dispatched to attend the exchange to investigate. Further information will be provided in the next scheduled update on the 31/01/2011 before 21:00 ACDT.
