During the times quoted, we will be switching to on-demand automatic downloads for all ‘Movie Box’ and ‘TV Show’ episode content available with fetchtv full services. Previously, some of this content was pre-loaded onto the Fetchtv Set Top Box (STB) ahead of time.

There is no change to what you can view on your service. This is simply a shift to on-demand, instead of pre-loaded content.

In the next month or so, an automatic update for your STB will release the space previously dedicated to this pre-loading function, returning hundreds of gigabytes of extra hard drive storage back for you to use for recording more of your favourite shows.

Our Wholesale Provider confirms the fault affecting the MACKAY exchange has been resolved. Residential and Business Customers who are still experiencing issues, should call the Helpdesk on 1300 788 233 between the hours of 7am and midnight. Corporate Customers please contact Corporate Support on the number provided in your Quick Reference guide.
