回台灣過年的這一個月,每天大吃大喝好不亦樂乎呀!!有家的感覺真胖<手誤:是棒啦!!>但胖寶和我還是堅持著我們當初約定好的承諾,決定再次出發<因為當你回到台灣之後,要再出發的動力真的會減少很多>而且這次多了胖寶的姐姐加入,所以又重新規劃一下新加坡的行程,這次遇到華人的農曆年,牛車水相當熱鬧還有花車繞街,行程完全以吃為重點,也去逛了上次沒去過的植物園、烏節路、財富之泉。

Forth Stop: Darwin 第四站 達爾文

再次回到達爾文的我們,心情跟當初大不同,已經有在澳打滾半年的經驗,生活格外輕鬆自在,但這個時間點找工作比較困難,現在是雨季,觀光客少,職缺相對也不多,所以經過一週的等待及考慮,我們決定回到最熟悉的愛麗絲泉,希望有好運發生。住在達爾文YHA的室友是對英國情侶<我們似乎跟英國人特別有緣>,聽到我們即將離開的消息,不但辦離別派對還帶我們體驗外國人的夜生活<其實就是不斷的喝酒聊天>,他們已經到大陸以及一些東南亞國家旅行八個月了,期待有天他們來台灣找我們玩!!

The Ghan "汗"火車初體驗

從達爾文到愛麗絲泉有三種交通工具:巴士、火車、飛機。幾番比價之後,我們選擇火車(The Ghan),票價為AUD$142,它是橫跨澳洲內陸偉大的發明,這段旅程要花23小時才會抵達目的地,乘坐的感想:坐著睡覺,很難喬姿勢,真的是不大舒服,而且還遇到原住民家庭在同一個車廂,只能說有苦難言了!

Fifth Stop: Alice Springs 第五站 愛麗絲泉

回到最熟悉的地方Alice's Secret,親切的蘇珊來接我們,同時給我們一個溫暖的擁抱,當天晚上還料理了一桌異國料理歡迎我們,只是這次回來只能短暫的住一周,因為經濟考量,我們選擇Centreville居住,很幸運的是Diplomat Motel主管願意再次僱用我們,Shane真是一個大好人,心裡超感激,預計未來兩個月都會以工作為目的,賺足旅費,南下阿德雷德~~

題外話:每到一些地方都會遇到一些人讓你很有感觸,在Alice's Secret時,認識一個老奶奶,她的名字叫Rita,今年66歲,加拿大人,佇著一支拐杖,利用幫別人看家的方式,已經獨自旅行很多個國家了,我們很佩服她的勇氣和決心,她說:現在是屬於她的人生,她要為自己留下美好的回憶,也寫成日記希望子孫可以參考她的旅行方式,老人是可以改變現況的,用更開朗樂觀的心看待人生,祝福Rita明年膝關節手術成功!!

Life in Alice Springs

不知不覺三個月過去了,我們完成自己所設定的旅費目標,要開始為期35天的旅行計畫,一方面很開心,另一方面也很捨不得所結交到的新朋友,飯店的同事都以韓國人居多,也因此多學會了一點點韓語,還互相交流彼此國家美食,我們學會好幾道簡易的韓國料理呢!以及住在27房的霹靂無敵大嗓門的台灣女生們,每晚都會串個門子,還跟胖寶來段客語對話,身為廚娘的我還親手傳授幾道基本料理,無非是擔心她們,一旦我們離開以後,有餓死的可能性啦@_@總之這一切都是美好的回憶,回味無窮!!

移動的家-露營車

今天起了個大早,興高采烈的去牽車。辛苦的工作為的是能像澳洲人一樣,開著一台移動城堡,隨心所慾的開往目的地。或許是提早一個月網路預約的關係,導致租車公司出了些差錯,結果使我們的露營車竟然無緣無故升了一等^^簡直就是物美價廉,車子內除了沒有浴室之外,其他設備一應俱全,有雙人床、小冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐、餐桌椅、洗手台…等,朋友們都露出羨慕的眼光,還真是有點小驕傲呢!未來的35天就靠"阿波羅"來當我們的開路先鋒!!

庫伯佩迪是來自原住民語,指"白人在地上的洞",居民為了躲避極端的氣候,才居住在防空洞裡,這裡也是澳大利亞的蛋白石中心。公路上的小山丘,看起來就像是來到外太空,有像外星人的星球,雖然我們沒有體驗睡洞穴的滋味,至少也要參觀Old Times Mine的蛋白石礦坑,館內除了販賣蛋白石,也有一條完善的地底通道,讓你感受一下當地人如何在地底生活及礦工工作的辛勞,門票澳幣10p/p,至於選購蛋白石的話,別忘貨比三家才不吃虧啦!

Barossa Vallery 巴羅薩山谷

巴羅薩山谷為全澳最著名的葡萄產區,順路南下的我們就剛好經過這片如詩如畫的風景,正值秋風落葉,雖然沒有結石纍纍的葡萄掛在藤蔓上,但沿街泛紅的楓葉隨風吹落,也是相當詩情畫意呀!美麗鄉野間點綴著一棟棟歐風式的酒莊,喜歡品酒的人可千萬別錯過這個景點!
