We have been advised of current problems with the NERANG exchange affecting ADSL services. A limited number of customers may be having issues syncing. There is no ETA at this stage, technicians are treating this issue as a priority and are working to resolve the issue. The next scheduled update is for the morning of 27/01/2012.

UPDATE: 27/01/2012 09:54 ACDT:
Our Wholesale Provider has advised us that technicians continue to investigate this fault condition. We have been provided with an ETR for close of business on 01/02/2012. More information will be provided in the next scheduled update on 02/02/2012 before 10:00 ACDT.

As of the 16/12/2010 10:50 ACDT, Internode technicians have discovered a possible disruption to the services listed above. Investigation is ongoing and further information will be provided in the next scheduled update on the 16/12/2010 before 13:00 ACDT.

UPDATE: 16/12/2010 11:35 ACDT:
Our Wholesale Provider has confirmed that there is a fault condition affecting ADSL services on the NERANG exchange. We have been provided with a tentative ETR by close of business on the 17/12/2010. Further updates will be provided in the next scheduled update on the 17/12/2010 before 18:00 ACDT.

UPDATE: 16/12/2010 17:39 ACDT:
Our Wholesale Provider confirms the fault affecting the NERANG exchange has been resolved.
Residential and Business Customers who are who are still experiencing issues, should call the Helpdesk on 1300 788 233 between the hours of 7am and midnight.
Corporate Customers please contact Corporate Support on the number provided in your Quick Reference guide.
