We have been advised of current problems with the TYALGUM exchange affecting ADSL services. A limited number of customers may be having issues syncing. Investigation is ongoing and further information will be provided in the next scheduled update on 27/01/2012/ before 09:00 ACDT.
UPDATE: 25/01/2012 18:15 ACDT:
Our Wholesale Provider has confirmed that there is a fault condition affecting ADSL services on the TYALGUM exchange. Technicians continue to investigate this issue with a tentative ETA for the 27/01/2012 by close of business.
Further information will be provided in the next scheduled update on the 30/01/2012 before 10:00ACDT.
